🎯 Objective:
To conduct a fundraising event to support the improvement of the interior design of the Gordon College MAC room, creating a more functional, comfortable, and inspiring space for students.
II. 📚 Reflections and Learnings
Looking back at the GC CCS TECHFEST 2025, I can confidently say that it was a remarkable and fulfilling experience. The event was not only a success in terms of execution but also in the valuable insights and lessons it provided.
- Positive Feedback: One of the most fulfilling parts was witnessing the positive feedback we received from both our audience and professors, which validated all the effort and dedication we poured into the planning and execution of the event.
- Collaborations: We were fortunate to have partnered with reputable organizations such as DevCon Pampanga, as well as various GC CCS student organizations. These partnerships brought credibility and added depth to the experience, making it all the more memorable for the attendees.
- Personal Growth: Personally, this was the first major event I ever helped organize. Stepping into the role of co-chairman was both exciting and nerve-wracking. I developed leadership skills, learned to handle pressure, make timely decisions, and adapt to unexpected situations.
- Teamwork: The smooth collaboration between teams was inspiring, and seeing how everyone contributed in their own ways was a true testament to what we can accomplish through teamwork and shared goals.
